Educational art project and collaborative fashion workshop
In collaboration with local students and fashion designers Dulla Mshona and Farouque Abdela, I initiated and led an art education project exploring creative reuse and sustainable design.
Using recycled materials collected from the island’s beaches, the students created wearable pieces that combined local craft techniques with experimental forms.
The project culminated in a fashion presentation and exhibition, highlighting the potential of waste as artistic material and tool for empowerment.
